For MumBear Subscription Box Delivery Schedule:
- Our subscription boxes are delivered every [2 or 3] months, depending on the subscription plan you've chosen.
- You'll receive your first box shortly after placing your order, and subsequent boxes will be delivered every [2 or 3] months thereafter, as per your selected subscription frequency.
For All Toys - Delivery Timeframe:
- Once your box has been shipped, please allow 1 to 7 days for standard delivery within Australia.
Tracking Information:
- Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email notification containing tracking information.
- You can use this tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery and estimate its arrival time.
Shipping Methods:
- We utilize reliable shipping carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery of your subscription box.
- Your box may be delivered via standard shipping.
Shipping Charges:
- Shipping fees for Australian customers are $24.95 for Express service and $14.95 for Standard service.
Address Changes:
- If you need to update your shipping address for future subscription box deliveries, you can do so by accessing your account settings on our website.
- Please ensure to update your address at least [3] days before your next billing date to ensure timely delivery to the correct address.
Missed Deliveries:
- In the event of a missed delivery, please contact our customer support team, and we'll work to resolve the issue promptly.
- If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our shipping carrier may leave a notice with further instructions for rescheduling delivery or picking up your package.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the total amount of the products less the return postage on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@mumbear.com.au
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. The return postage cost will be deducted from your refund.
